We can generally schedule an initial consultation within seven days or less of your call. Initial appointments generally include a discussion about the process of evaluation or therapeutic interventions and a thorough discussion of your concerns. If we determine another facility would better suit your needs, then we will attempt to provide you with the appropriate referral.

Fees and Insurance

Our caring and professional staff provide services to a wide range of individuals with different financial circumstances.

We do not accept 3rd party payment. However, we regularly assist families and individuals in obtaining “out of network” provider reimbursement by providing itemized receipts and statements of services. At times, your insurance company may reimburse 100% of your cost. By contacting your insurance company, you can determine whether, and in what amount, services may be reimbursed. We are a provider of evaluations for Vocational Rehabilitation which are completed at no cost to families.

The following fees apply to assessment and therapeutic services:

Licensed Psychologists-$175/hour
Board Certified Behavior Analysts-Doctoral- $175/hour
Board Certified Behavior Analysts- $80/hour
Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysts- $65/hour
Psychometrists-$50/hour
Behavioral Assistants- varies
Graduate Students in Training- $50/hour

Fees for special programs vary by program. Please call for specific information.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and rescheduling requires one business day's notice (and at least 24 hours) or the full session fee still applies.
